Mental Toughness
Delivered as an online workshop or webinar
Did you know that mental toughness accounts for 25% variance in our performance and is a core feature of a successful mindset for work?
Mental Toughness is a personality trait that determines your ability to perform consistently under stress and pressure, and is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience, grit and perseverance. In this workshop you will learn mental toughness strategies to build grit and determination making this your most successful year to date.
Professor Peter Clough, Professor of Applied Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University and a pioneer on research into Mental Toughness further describes a mentally tough person as “someone who is comfortable and confident in their own skin, can take whatever comes along in their stride and mostly enjoy the challenge, irrespective of external circumstances.
This workshop is designed on the Mental Toughness model MTQ48 where you will be introduced to four evidence based core psychological skills, also known as the 4 C’s. This is a highly interactive workshop where delegates will experience the core skills that drive mentally tough behaviours and learn skills that drive performance.
